Lisa Wilson has nearly 25 years’ experience as a trial lawyer, defending cases in multiple jurisdictions. She handles primarily first-party coverage litigation, though she spent many years defending health care providers in court as well as before various state boards. Lisa regularly advises clients on insurance coverage issues and strategies for addressing complex claims. 

Lisa has handled a number of coverage matters over her career, including but not limited to property cases, casualty cases and UM/UIM cases. She primarily focuses on insurance coverage cases wherein extra-contractual/ bad faith allegations are made or likely to be made. Using her licenses to practice in different states in the region, Lisa has had the opportunity to guide clients in difficult venues.

Lisa’s extensive trial experience allows her to vigorously defend insurance companies in complex litigation. The strength of her practice is aggressively pursuing investigation and discovery to position her clients for early resolution and trial.
