Tai-Monet Gaines is a registered professional engineer and LEED Accredited Professional who holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston. Her extensive background includes 20 years of electrical building design through the application of NFPA standards, IBC standards, code compliance, and performing electrical inspections. Her projects involved commercial, residential, and light industrial structures with a specialization in healthcare facilities. As a Senior Consultant at Rimkus, Ms. Gaines provides clients with electrical forensic analysis, insurance claim support, root cause analysis, building code assessments, and electrical failure investigations for fires and explosions.
